How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a FedEx tracking number . Click the link in the email to track your order or enter the tracking number directly at FedEx.com . You can also find your tracking information by logging into your account under Order History .

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Please allow additional processing time during peak periods such as holidays, new product launches and race events. Delays may also result from payment verification and/or inventory availability.

Shipping Options & Rates

We ship exclusively via FedEx with two flat-rate options available at checkout:

  • FedEx Ground : Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after shipment
  • FedEx Express : Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after shipment

(Note: Alaska and Hawaii address may experience longer delivery times for both methods.)

Shipping fees are calculated as a flat rate based on the chosen shipping method and will be displayed clearly at checkout.

Free Domestic Shipping on Orders Over $100

Free ground shipping on orders of $100 or more shipped by FedEx ground delivery within the continental U.S. Qualifying purchase amount is determined after allowable discounts and before application of tax and shipping charges. Products requiring special delivery and orders shipped by express delivery are not eligible for free shipping. Customer is responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.

What if my order says delivered, but I haven’t received it?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please wait 48 hours , as some deliveries may be marked early.
After that time, contact our team at HRCORders@groupo.com and we’ll assist you.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?

If your package is returned to our warehouse, please contact us Contact Us - Honda Racing Shop so we can help re-ship the order or refund, depending on the situation.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your package/items are damaged or incorrect, please send an email to HRCOrders@groupo.com . Please include your order number, name, and photos of the items in question. A member of our team will contact you directly.

Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
